Pretty good some times the app doesn't recognize the card till I swipe it like 10 times tho
The app will not open any other feature only the payment one. Everything else it freezes. Really hate the uncertainty... if the app is bugging how safe os the money our customers are paying and how safe are we with this app.
It's a joke. I've been trying to cancel since October 2021. They keep saying it's canceled, yet keep billing. Demanding I call at certain times, failing to understand that's not always possible given i work on a military post. Avoid this like the plague.

Just had a problem ..2 credit card sales were recorded as cash and check...so they don't pay..I keep a separate sales book..and was able to contact both customers to recharge..and have let CG know they have a problem. The credit card page cannot be confused with either the cash or check page..so I alerted Clover Go..the problem is on their end..Always take down customers contact info! I would have been out $495.00

Keeps some orders open despite payment. Randomly adds tax to items I've marked non-taxable. Has no out-of-the-box solution to track the geolocation for a transaction for mobile sellers. Terrible technical support and even worse sales/consultation.
Exceptionally easy to use.
The application is great when it works. Lately been having issues with it and so have other employees.
I use this with my job, easy and simple design to collect payments.
